Sudocrem to your baby’s bottom before putting on a new nappy will act to create a protective barrier and prevent nappy rash from occurring.
4. Keep your baby’s nappy loose
You obviously don’t want your baby’s nappy to fall down but make sure when you put on your baby’s nappy you leave it loose enough for air to circulate.
5. Let your baby go nappy less
If your baby is suffering from nappy rash then the best way to promote healing is allow it to air. The best way to do this is to allow your baby to go nappyless (though you’ll want to make they’re on a easy clean floor before you let them run free everywhere…)
